When CFHQ throws a triathlon at us, we struggle to find appropriate substitutions. We talked about tire slams, box jumps, and ball slams- followed by a mile run. Not sure but that sounds more difficult than the swim and bike ride... Good job on exemplifying the rigid flexibility concept everyone.

It would be great to have access to a pool that happens to be right beside a quarter mile track next to the Chief Ladiga bike path. We can recon McClellan. Maybe next time we can do the triathlon there.
