This was a heavy session that took a lot of fuel from everyone. Good job toughing out a long, difficult session. As prescribed this was a real monster.

Great job Todd, and John. You guys killed it today. Great job everyone for just getting through this session. However difficult, this was a fun arrangement of exercises. A+ on creativity. The rep scheme and numbers were perfect.
