The burpee challenge is getting interesting. Congratulations Cliff. You are the ONLY one to tough this bad dog out. Just a few more days left. If you're wondering, that's 6,670 burpees... HOOYAH!

Memorial Day will mark two years in our current location, and this time has flown by. Just a quick few words of appreciation for three great years of hard work and fun training. Thank you for choosing CFSF,  thanks for your commitment, and thanks especially for your friendship.

This Friday is the last Friday of the month, we'll toast to three great years on 14th street, and to many more.
