We love hero workouts, and we have a connection to the Navy heroes that really helps us dig down deep for fuel and motivation to go, and keep going. This was a great session. Thanks CFHQ.

This workout is named in honor of  U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer Brian R. Bill, who was killed on August 6, 2011 in the Wardak province, Afghanistan.
