50 double-unders/*3:1 sub
40 sit-ups
30 med ball cleans, 20 pound ball
20 pull-ups
10 handstand push-ups

Double your pleasure, double your fun. Oh yeah, no. That's not working. Double-unders are gassers of the first order. With enough practice they are manageable. Even more practice brings efficiency. Keep practicing. The sub is worse than the exercise.
