Great  runs everyone. Super good runs Richard, Cody, Jimmy, and Eric. You guys are fast! This was a great day to be outside running, and a perfectly timed session for a little active recovery. Thanks CFHQ.

Apparently CFSF is right beside a hobo highway. They walk by all the time. Some stop and watch, most just keep going. Some have big plastic bags filled with aluminum cans, others have backpacks. Most are friendly but some are not. One of the not so friendly hobos walked by just as we are all finishing the runs and all I have to say is I love you Cliff.
