The CrossFit Regional Games just keep getting better. This was a really fun session that combined some classic CrossFit exercises and a few we don't usually see.

Great workout everyone. You get a few bonus points for just showing up today. This session was fun and as long as you just kept moving, you were ok. If you had to stop and rest, each successive restart became more difficult. As usual, the sub for the muscle-up took its' toll.
