This was another great session from CFHQ. The full recovery allowed for total efforts on the row, and we got that from everyone, good job. Want to have some fun on the rower? Set the damper at 10 and go strapless. Focus on pulling power and less on recovery. Fun stuff...

Great session everyone. Good gas, good fuel. Great deadlifts! Form was exceptional and we had two personal records. Super strong stuff guys! Good work Matt. For the next few months, Monday will be a strength day. We will also be throwing in some skills as a warm up periodically. There is a lot to work on, and we will benefit from this.
