All and all this was another great day and great session. Thanks for that. Tuesday is a rest day. Get some prehab, mobility,or both. You have all day. Use your time wisely.
Wednesday will be a special day. It will be the last opportunity to train with Dan for a while. While we are sorry to see him go, we are excited for him at the same time. Dan is a magnet and he will be missed. His fuel, his get it done attitude, and his relentless pursuit of excellence in these workouts has been inspiring.
We will celebrate one last time after the workout. Hoofuckinyah Dan, Hoofuckinyah.
