This is another good motivator to get the muscle-up. The substitution is a nightmare. Even dropping the sub by one, people still got crushed way worse than they needed to.
Three rounds:
12 muscle-ups (*2/2 sub)
75 squats
Lynde- *28:21
Dan- 40:10
T- 21:10
This was a good session that nailed us. Hooyah Dan for sticking it out. That no-quit attitude is what makes people winners.
Matt, Kim, you guys are doing really well. Keep doing your homework, and stay consistent with your training. Good things come with patience.
