Ok guys, you know what Memorial Day means... that's right. MDM. The Covid-19 virus will not impact the annual Memorial Day Murph. We will do this CFSF favorite Friday, May 22. There will be options, and scales.

This is a special workout. We have two weeks to get up to speed. Make the right decision. All show, AND go.

CFSF will be opening Monday, May 11th at 5:00.

There are a few changes we will have to make:

1. Maintain distance. At least 6 feet.
2. Clean your hands, and your gear.

3. Do not clean, or put away anyone else’s gear.

We will meet M-F at 5:00 pm. No weekends. We will evaluate the situation and make adjustments every two weeks.
