One of the objectives of introducing mobility drills and exercises up front was to internalize and make part of our daily routine at CFSF these uber beneficial drills and exercises because of their contribution to our athleticism, and helping to minimize the negative effects of high-intensity exercise on our bodies.

GOOD JOB. You have reached the first objective. As an extension of this first objective, I want to encourage you to focus on the QUALITY, not the QUANTITY of mobility exercises you perform.

Now, the second objective: we will be learning and performing several new exercise prep, and exercise recovery movements on a weekly basis. I will post the new stuff as we see it, so check in frequently.

Thanks for your continued hard work and monster efforts. All good fuel.

The first is JANE FONDA.

 So do not fear, I am with you;

Do not be dismayed, for I am your God.

I will strengthen you and help you;

I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
