Although we are not porcelain or plastic, we do benefit quite a bit from DURABILITY. The ability to go, and keep going. Activities of daily life, fun and not so fun- anything unforeseen that comes up requiring physical work. Life itself requires we be as durable as possible. Strength AND mobility are key. We must have both. Take the time required to incorporate a few mobilities each day- you're worth it. Passing on the WOD in favor of extended MOBILITY is also an option and NEVER the wrong move. We have all the tools you need.
