Monday, February 14 'DB'

We need to get a few bigger dumbbells. The kettlebells were an option, but they felt funky. This was a great session that reinforced the strong hip contribution to all these exercises.

5 rounds:
5 DB deadlifts
5 DB hang power cleans
5 DB push-press
5 DB squats

Great session everyone. I don't know about you, but by the fifth round I was actually relieved that we didn't have any bigger dumbbells. However, we do need more. Glad this one was off the clock too. Gave a little extra rest between rounds.

Tuesday is a rest day, not an off day. Use your time wisely and get some mobility, prehab, stretching, or anything you like that feels good.
