Saturday, July 16 'Barbara'

'Barbara' is an all time CFSF favorite. An interval workout that allows for full recovery between rounds is always welcomed. But by the time you get to that fifth round the volume begins to take a toll. Round completion time increases, then the nausea....

'Barbara'
Five rounds:
20 pull ups
30 push ups
40 sit ups
50 squats
Three minute rest between rounds

John- 38:00
Tammy- 47:09
T- 40:49

Super good job guys! First full 'Barbara' for Tammy, just two more rounds than you did before... Great work. Did you guys get anything unbroken? Going unbroken is the best way to deal with this session.

A session like 'Barbara' can make you debate whether or not a strict diet isn't in order. The 70-30 paleo just might not be cutting it, especially when 25% of the 30% is beer... Just more to move.

Sunday is a rest day. Rest. Recover. Do something that feels good. Be ready to roll strong Monday. Thanks for all the terrific efforts. More great fuel.
