Muscle-ups can be intimidating, but they shouldn't be. The MU sub is worse than the MU itself. Add a good run and we're groovin'...

Great job guys. Great to see Candice on the board! Outstanding Todd- knee getting tougher every time you roll. For those who practiced the MU progressions... How about that false grip? Gotta get it. This was a difficult session. Especially on the power people. Good job on hanging tough.
