We always get a lot of looks from people driving by as we run backwards... At least there were no close calls like last time. Last time we almost caused a wreck from rubbernecking...

Great times and great runs guys. Running backward is not only smoother than running forward, it also keeps us on our front foot. With exception of pulling heels to butt, it is a good example of pose running. Brilliant plan. Thanks CrossFit.
