Seven rounds seems like a lot, but just as soon as it begins, it's over. We are dripping, exhausted, and stronger. Seven feels like five, five like three. Just keep moving... Three is easy.

20 double-unders (*3:1 sub)

Great workout everyone. Seven rounds can stretch out. Focusing on the here and now, not how many you have left, can help. Puppies: GREAT JOB! It was a puppy lunch and they killed it.
