The Split Snatch is a great lift that requires several sessions to get dialed in. Once you've gotten some practice and exposure, things click, then BAM. Solid Split Snatches.

Great job everyone. Strong lift John. We had some targets we talked about regarding the Split Snatch, good job hitting them. We still need to work on patience though.
