Who thought up Wall ball two-for-ones? They are one of the most taxing exercises we see, and they step the coordination required for WBS up a notch. By the end, things are getting ugly. Thanks CFHQ.

Great job everyone. This was a super fun workout that left us on floorlock, squirming around trying unsuccessfully to get comfortable. There were some solid efforts today- Super fast as Rx'd Todd! Thanks for the hard work. That's great fuel that helps each of us get finished with these workouts.

Congratulations Holley Fenn. You got your first loaded Overhead squat, and it looked really good... OUTSTANDING! Good things come to those who wait, and TRAIN HARD.
