For the uninitiated, the Winter Circus is a one month break from the CFHQ main site programming. Starting in 2008 with three CF Ladies in a row, it has grown to what it is now: Ladies, Heroes, and some seasonal fun at the end.

It also proves to us that we can do a lot more than we think we can. Right Paige? Right. SAVE YOUR CHILDREN FROM THE FIRE! You did. Step one- locked.

Great workout everybody. This was a long one, good job toughing it out until the end.

Nice PT everybody. we talked about a few fine points on the Push-ups, and the Squats, two exercises that can get sloppy when we are fatigued. Nice work hitting those targets, and and good job getting dialed in with the cues.

Good Pull-ups too. Less reliance on those bands means we have the body control and strength necessary to kip, but we are seeing strict Pull-ups as well. HOOYAH! That's good stuff. Our ability to move our own body weight is paramount, and one of the first steps and biggest accomplishments there is at CFSF.

Thanks for another great day at CFSF. Thanks for the super strong fuel and efforts.

Resolve.
