Running backwards is mechanically easier than running forward for some. We stay off our heels and pull the same way we would were we POSE running forward. Good reinforcement. Any close calls?

Friday is the 12 Days of Christmas. 5:00 for our group photo, then the workout, then the reward.

No lunch, or 6:00 sessions. Please be at CFSF at 5:00 so we can get this picture. We need EVERYONE there. Super special.

Saturday is a rest day. We'll roll at 12:30, and 1:15 Sunday, and usual times Monday, then CLOSED for Christmas. Check the website for the CFSF holiday schedule.
