CrossFit skeptics think 10:00 minutes isn't enough time for a workout. We know better. This was 10:00 minutes of pure love. Thanks CFHQ!

Great workout everyone! Nice round totals Caitlin, and Eric, and great Box jumps Chris. Outstanding jumps Casey, Eric, and Todd McK- 34 inch box jumps are tough enough, 40 inch Box jumps turned out to be next to impossible for us. That's a cool 3.3 feet just in case you're measuring.

The Pistol is one of the few times we use our whole foot instead of rooting the heels, and while most used the rack there were a few freestanding Pistols. Good job on that as well.

Friday is a rest day. Take care of those tired, probably sore legs. Roll, smash, floss, feather, anything that needs it. ICE anything sore, and as usual, camp out on anything gnarly.
