Hero workouts are always tough, when the Hero is a fallen Navy SEAL we'd better watch out. This is going to be a little tougher than usual. And it was.

'Pike'
5 rounds:
75 pound Thruster, 20 reps
10 Strict ring dips
20 Push-ups
10 Strict handstand push-ups
50 meter Bear crawl

Sara- (3) 15  29:50
Jeremy- (3) 75  35:55
Todd- 75  41:26
Teresa- (3) 35  29:33
Casey- (4) 75  48:19
T- 75  46:16

Great workout everyone. At any scale this was a long, difficult workout. We found an exercise that might be as tough as Burpees. Although we see the Bear crawl as part of the Gym Tour warm-up, 5 rounds of 164 feet of Bear crawling was the most difficult component of the workout, and turned out to be much tougher than expected.

This workout is named in honor of  U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer Christian Michael Pike, who died March 12, 2013 from injuries sustained while conducting stability operations in the Maiwand District of Kandahar, Afghanistan.

Thanks for another great day at CFSF. Thanks for your hard work, and very much needed fuel.
