Monday, September 12 'Run/Thrusters/pull-up'

Long Fran with a run. Brutal combination. Serious gas. But that's why we do it... Thanks for another great workout CFHQ!

400m run
95 pound Thrusters, 15 reps
15 pull-ups

Great job everyone. Way to hang tough. We missed Dan this session. His contribution would have been appreciated. For some, this was the first CrossFit workout that really gave a taste of the intensity required. Good going you guys. Thrusters don't get much easier, you get better.

Great to see Todd rolling again. He brings awesome energy that helps fuel us all. Nice work Steven. Crash course in Thrusters 101, and you passed with flying colors. Abby, Richard, good job. Good Thruaters. Andrew, way to hang tough. WOD's go better with fuel, so remember to fuel up! Beth, Brandi, and Lynde- WICKED STRONG.
