Sunday, September 25 'Deadlifts'

Deads were a welcomed sight after Saturday, even at three reps. One sure way to get stronger is to pick something heavy up off the ground. Simple, right?

Not only potent, deadlifts are functional gems of irreducible beauty. The cues are many, and getting locked on requires a lot of practice, patience, and consistency.
