Thursday, December 15 'Muscle-up/Thrusters'

Dumbbell Thrusters. Loved or hated, but never ignored. Add muscle-ups into the mix? What a great combination. Thanks CFHQ!

Friday is a rest day. Use your time wisely. If you are a Mudder, get the run/walk. Any intervals you want. As distance becomes more manageable, don't run farther- work on running faster. Stay off your heels, maintain that fast turnover, and keep pulling heels to butt.
