'Karen' and 'Fran' are sisters. Debatable as to which one packs a heavier punch; they'll both kick your a$$ pretty good. Fun stuff. Thanks CFHQ!

Great workout everyone. Good job showing up! 'Karen' is a gut check, regardless of the scale. Wall ball shots drink copious amounts of fuel as well, come in ill prepared and you will pay the price.

Did you have a strategy? All out, or arbitrary sets and reps? I've tried both, and prefer the latter. Another arguable CrossFit strategy that could go either way, depending on lots of different variables. One thing is certain- however you get there, when you finally reach that 150th WBS, gravity takes over.

Do you ever assign physical attributes to these workouts? I envision 'Karen' as a beautiful, voluptuous woman with a knife in her garter belt, ready to slice and dice. 'Fran' has always reminded me of a bearded lady. No knife necessary.

Shhhh! No more 'Fran' talk.

Jill, Juan, Klare- good job. The first intro to 'Karen' is the worst. She'll never get any easier, you'll get better. Russell, Todd- fast finishes. Nice.
