Great workout everyone. Cleans have a beautiful aesthetic value, and their contribution to the sporting world is unrivaled. Want to be a better athlete? Keep learning and refining your Olympic lifts, then go as heavy as you can.

We get a good return in the form of power and speed for the investment we make in time and practice. Remember, practicing- NOT perfected. Don't become frustrated while you're training. Continue to think of the cues we've talked about and adjust as you go.

Becoming dialed in takes time and patience.

The good news is just about everyone went inverted and got the Handstand push-ups. Woo hoo! If you're still uncomfortable going upside down, continue to practice. It will get lots better- but only if you embrace it.
