Great workouts everyone! This was a super fun format with perfect numbers that ensured floor lock for several minutes afterward. Good job hitting it hard through to the end. Really good job getting this one Rx'd!

We did have a few maniacs that used the '3WM' for a warm-up, then got the CFHQ Inverse Tabata... Casey, Teresa, and Todd- the CFSF resident mutants. Do more. BE more.
