This was another super tough, super fun workout. Thanks CFHQ.

50 GHD sit-ups (*1:1 Abmat, 20/16)
25 Strict handstand push-ups (^sub)

We have some criteria set up regarding GHD use for sit-ups because GHD sit-ups can destroy cores for days. Some subbed them out entirely, some mixed them, but most got the GHD sit-ups today. Good job. 

Handstand push-ups, like Overhead squats, are very difficult exercises very few people do outside the CrossFit world. Excellent work going Rx'd John, Matt, and Todd. Most ended up kipping the HSPU's, which is fine, we'll take anything inverted. Not comfortable getting inverted yet?.Embrace the suck by practicing more. Remember: thumbs forward, elbows locked, and HOLLOW!
