All Hero workouts demand monster efforts from us, some a little more than others. This was a homegrown Hero, and the workout was given exceptionally monstrous efforts. Great job guys.

'Jag 28'
800 meter run
28 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
28 Strict pull-ups
28 Kettlebell clean and jerk, 2 pood
28 Strict pull-ups (*kip)

Great workout guys! This was a fun little chipper that definitely delivered. Nice job on the Strict pull-ups Todd, and good job getting through another tough wod Taj.

This workout is named in honor of  U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Mark Forester, assigned to the 21st Special Tactics Squadron, who was killed September 29, 2010 during combat operations in the Uruzgan province, Afghanistan.


Thanks for another great day at CFSF. We are moving smoothly through the Circus, three Heroes down, only a few more left. Hang tight!
