Eight rounds sounds like a lot, and it can be if you don't stay in the here and now and just keep moving. Thinking about the end just stretches it out. With these numbers it quickly turned into the Push-ups channel. All Push-ups, all the time with NO commercial breaks.

Great workout everyone! Outstanding job going Rx'd Eric, and Todd. That's tough stuff on any workout, super tough on a Hero workout. Great job if you got all your Push-ups on the rings- multiplanar movement that demands outrageous amounts of stability from us.

The Front squats were more like a side note today. A brief rest from the Push-ups.

This workout is named in honor of  U.S. Army Specialist Christopher Gathercole, assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, who was killed on May 26, 2008 in Ghazni, Afghanistan.

We have two Hero workouts left before the real fun starts. Standby. Thanks for another great day at CFSF. Thanks for your monster efforts and super strong fuel. Heroes deserve it.
