This was another high volume workout that surprised us by turning out to be a total blast. Just keep moving.

Great workout everyone! The good news is EVERYBODY got inverted today. No standing subs at all. Paige, Joan, EXCELLENT HSPU's! Your hard work has paid off. That's more good stuff.

Congratulations. We see the light at the end of the tunnel, and it's NOT the train. We have just one more Hero workout, then the Hopper, Modular, and finally the 12 Days. The 2014 Winter Circus is almost over. You've made it this far, just a little more to go. But the show isn't over yet. There will be curve balls thrown.

This workout is named in honor of  U.S. Army Specialist Nicholas Steinbacher, assigned to the 2nd Battailon, 5th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Brigade , 1st Cavalry Division, who was killed December 10, 2006 in Baghdad, Iraq.
