"Hug a Twinkie?..."  That is, by far, the most interesting and thought provoking name for an exercise I have ever heard of. We call the "Hug a Twinkie" a reverse hyper, and throw it in the warm-up every now and then. It was refreshing to see it in a wod, paired with another solid core exercise.

800 meter run
10 rounds:
10 knees to elbows
10 reverse hypers
