Great job everyone. Huge THANKS to Eric, Tammy, John, and Sharon. Love you guys! This session was a mixed bag of cleans, power cleans, and deads. Did you feel good? Were you patient? Did you stay over the bar? A lot to think about? Not really. Dialed in from practice sessions in the past, you FEEL when you have things moving smoothly and efficiently.

For the puppies, everything starts with a good set-up and first pull. Good job on getting started. Great job James on getting past the first pull all the way to the third. Excellent! Next time will be downtown.

Thanks for the great efforts and great fuel.

The voice in your head that says that you can't do this is a liar.
