The second 10 rounds in the middle bookend 800 meter run in as many weeks found us to be more resilient this time. Although different combinations of exercises than last, we've seen the format before. It means a lot when you know what to expect.

Great job everyone. Super fast times John, and Lisa! Outstanding. This session punished the power people. Don't worry. You'll get your chance to make it up soon enough with a power session, but today the aerobs definitely had an advantage.

The puppies are killing it! Cody- your hard work has paid off. Your kipping pull-ups are great! Good job. We had a few new puppies try things out, and they all did really well. Drink the kool aid- come back.

We have just over ten weeks before the second Barbarian Challenge, and 28 weeks until the second Tough Mudder. 28 weeks sounds like a long time, but it will be here quickly. Let's be ready for both.

Thanks for another great day at CFSF. Thanks for all the hard work and great fuel.
