120108 'Pull-up clock'

Pull-ups on the minute. Sounds simple. Looks easy. SNAP! Holy smoke, around rounds 7 and 8 the pull-ups begin to get more difficult, and things get dicey. We start to experience the time warp, and then we're having real fun...

Pull-up clock:

Perform one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three on the third. Continue until you cannot complete the required reps within the minute.

Lynde- 11 minutes
Emilee- 8 minutes
Teresa- 10 minutes
John- 17 minutes, 12 pull-ups
Todd- 15 minutes
Patricia- 18 minutes, 15 pull-ups
T- 17 minutes

Great pull-ups everyone. Great round totals Patricia, and John. You two be sure and wash your hair Sunday night.

We experience another time warp while performing this workout. Comparatively speaking, from the beginning to the end of this session one minute feels very different. That's part of what makes it so much fun.

Use your time wisely. You'll have a little extra so take advantage of it. Thanks for another great day of training and conditioning at CFSF.
