120114 'Tabata This'

Tabata sessions are always a blast. Things keep going pretty fast, and the minute rest allowed for just about full recovery. Who couldn't love this?

Tabata This
Eight intervals of :20 work, and :10 rest. One minute rest between exercises. Fewest number of reps in any one round will be scored.
