The CrossFit Regional Games have delivered once again. This was an interesting workout to say the least. As prescribed, monstrous. As usual, we had options...

CFGR Event 5
On the minute, every minute, complete as many rounds as possible of the following:
20 double unders
1 snatch
The workout begins with the doubles and one snatch, adding ten pounds each round. The workout ends when you cannot complete a round in one minute, or you fail to make the snatch in two attempts. Loads are added for a total score.

Great workouts everyone. Whichever one you chose. It's nice to have options. They go hand in hand with our rigidly flexible attitude.
