Mother's Day and we get a mother of a workout. Thanks CFHQ. This was a blast. As prescribed, unbelievably difficult, scaled, not much better...

Great job with a 53 pound kettlebell clean and jerk Casey. Thanks for talking me out of the kips too. This was a fun workout and we had great weather for some outside time.

This workout is  named in honor of U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Mark Forster, assigned to the 21st Special Tactics Squadron, who was killed on September 29, 2010 in the Uruzgan province, Afghanistan.

There is no better motivation.
