Great job showing up! The CrossFit 'Hope' workout was, by far, one of the most interesting sessions we've ever seen at CFSF. While difficult, it flowed really well. Most agree that compared to FGB, 'Hope' is a more difficult workout. Starting the third round, thoughts of  WHY we are doing this and WHO we are doing it for began to enter my mind. There is no better motivation....

'Hope'
Three rounds:
Burpee's
Power snatch, 75/45
Box jumps, 24" box/^20"
Thrusters, 75/45
Chest to bar pull-ups/*pull-up prog.

One minute at each station. One minute rest between rounds. Clock doesn't stop. One rep = one point.

Great job EVERYONE! This was a super fun workout. No worries if you missed it. We will see this workout again. Please remember that we are collecting donations through the 24th. Everything counts.

Nicole, Jessica, great job. Getting used to and re-familiarized with INTENSITY. Do your homework and be consistent. Guaranteed success.

Saturday is a rest day, not an off day. If you are doing the Barbarian, get the run. Preferably some hill runs. If you are not running the Barbarian, get a little PC love. If you find anything gnarly camp out on it.

Thanks for your commitment to CFSF and to 'Hope'.

We are blessed.
