Overhead squats indiscriminately expose flexibility, strength, and stability issues like very few other exercises can. From a stable platform to super stable shoulders- anything off and it's a miss.

Good work everyone. Solid Overhead squats. Your hard work has paid off. Be pleased not satisfied. Add one of these: SAM, SHJ, YTWL's, Partner IR, in every cycle. Don't know all of them? Ask. That's just for the shoulder girdle- don't forget: HAM, HIM, HUG for hips... Seems like a lot. It's not.

Great to see Nicole back from her bike ride gone bad. NOT A FINGER! More good fuel. Lisa- we are glad you decided to check out your CrossFit when you get home. You are welcome at CFSF anytime you are in town, and thanks very much for the kind words.
