We love new and interesting stuff at CFSF, this workout was both.

75 Handstand push-ups (*sub)
20 Double-unders every minute (^singles)

Good job everybody- Whichever workout you selected. Good Doubles if you get 'em- We need to work on our Doubles! Everyone. Some singles subs took entirely too long, adding to the misery.

Several people rolled off the clock, getting some solid Handstand practice. Good job you guys. Inversion? Who cares. No worries. That's the hard part, and it's OVER!

For most, this session came down to a couple of small words: Rigid flexibility.
