Great job everyone. Did anyone find the common thread that tied these exercise tests together? That's right- HOLLOW! Hollow positioning is key to all these exercises, and we hammered that point home.

Great job lunch crew. You all seem to have solid L-sits sans progressions. Great job night crew. From the Burgener, to some Frog stands- everyone stepped up to the plate. Thanks for all those super strong efforts, and huge THANKS for the willingness, and enthusiasm to try new things. That's how we grow.
