Great workout everybody. There were some super fast finishes, and a little cruel and unusual punishment. Debatable as to which is more challenging- finishing with Box jumps, or Burpees. You decide.

There were a few people who crushed their previous time to finish. Good job you guys. No worries if you didn't- there will be many more opportunities. Unless your order was the same, it's hard to compare sessions anyway.

Great job puppies! Crawl, walk, run- in that order. You are all doing great. Be consistent, do your homework, and you will succeed in reaching your goals. Don't have any goals? Set some. Short range, and long range. Pursuing, and ultimately reaching a goal is wicked strong fuel.
