This was a great training cycle. Thanks CFHQ! Deadlifts are another CFSF favorite we love to see. If anything the Deadlift is a very functional movement that we see in the world away from CFSF. Use the principles you've learned and let them translate into safe movement patterns when you have to lift anything.

Good job you guys working on the Set-up. It has to be perfect, and you have to be completely dialed in each time. Be consistent, patient, and thanks for your hard work.

The first match of the CFSF competition challenge was taken by the lunch crew. They scored 1,205 points- outscoring the night crew by 85 points at 1,120.
