Another original "basement" girl, 'Cindy' is an all time CFSF favorite. Do you get that deja vu feeling all over again? She's the bomb. When she explodes it can get nasty. Pace is key.

Great workout everyone. Monster round totals Richard, and good job increasing from last run Teresa. We had a full house Sunday, thanks for your patience everybody.

'Cindy' wears us down. The last few minutes can be dicey if you've been getting after it. Remember the cues we've talked about. Wasted movement only costs more fuel. Where's that puke bucket? Did anyone else get nauseated? I was moving toward the clown in a big way.

Just keep moving. That's a good plan.
