5:00 minutes. Just 5:00 minutes? Yes. It'll be plenty. Skeptics aside, 5:00 minutes was more than enough time to leave us completely spent, writhing on the floor in search of unattainable comfort.

Great workout everyone! Excellent round totals Holley, Eric, and Tammy, and nice job going Rx'd Todd! CrossFit has the ability to warp time and this was another time bending session that felt A LOT longer than it really was.

Good job hitting the cues we talked about. Workouts will ultimately end. We have to live the rest of our lives with the body we have. Make sure you keep that arrangement prioritized and take care of your business.
