We have developed some standard phrases with respect to strength days at CFSF, 'No clock', and 'More relaxed' are two. However, strength day phrases, just like everything else does, have evolved into 'Double your pleasure, double your fun', or 'Why settle for one when you can have two?' which kinda ties up the "Do more, be more" CrossFit attitude we love into a nice bow. Good stuff.

Great workouts everyone. There were some heavy lifts and fast runs. All and all, another great day. That's an impressive amount of work to get squeezed in under an hour. Can do, no doubt.

Irrespective of what you were able to lift with the Thrusters keep this in mind, Thrusters, like Overhead squats, are tough. They require levels of strength, and flexibility most people do not possess. We CrossFitters possess these mad skills, and many others. The really cool part? Overhead squats are just one of many, almost countless CrossFit exercises we will see that require ultra-high levels of athletic skills which will never get any easier. We will get better.
